Accepting these terms

By signing in to or using Conny, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Security practices. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

The service

Conny is an AI agent for Minecraft servers. It reads and edits your configuration files, runs commands, reads logs, and keeps project memory so it can help you run your servers. On plans that include it, it also writes and builds plugins.

• You sign in with a third-party OAuth provider such as Google and Discord. Conny never sees or stores a password for your account.
• We only request standard identity details from that provider: openid, profile and email.
• We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.

Your servers, your responsibility

Conny acts on the servers you connect to it. You are responsible for:

• Only connecting servers, bridge agents and credentials you are authorised to use.
• Keeping your own backups of anything you can’t afford to lose.
• Checking Conny’s work before relying on it. AI can make mistakes.

Plugin development

On plans that include it, Conny can write, build and decompile plugins in a private sandbox, and keep the code in a GitHub organization you connect.

• The code is yours, and so is the organization it lives in. Conny only reaches the repositories you give its GitHub App access to.
• A sandbox is a temporary workspace. It pauses when idle and its disk is cleared, so anything worth keeping belongs in GitHub.
• Sandboxes are for working on plugins. Their internet access is limited to the web, and we may stop or remove one that is used for anything else.
• Decompiling a plugin is your call, and Conny asks first. Only decompile plugins you have the right to, and respect their licences.
• Sandbox time counts against your usage allowance, like everything else Conny does.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Conny to:

• Gain unauthorised access to, scan, or disrupt servers or networks that aren’t yours.
• Store, generate or run unlawful, abusive or malicious code.
• Get around rate limits, usage allowances, security filters or workspace access controls.
• Use a sandbox to mine cryptocurrency, send spam, host services, or anything else that isn’t working on plugins.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the price shown on the pricing page until you cancel. Each plan includes a usage allowance. When it runs out, Conny pauses until the allowance resets or you upgrade.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as Conny changes. When we make a meaningful change we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Conny means you accept the new version.

Limitation of liability

Conny is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conny and its maintainers are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost data or server downtime.
